George and the Dragon

Flying Banana presents the official outdoor theatre premiere of George and the Dragon at Stanislavsky Electrotheatre! Newly created to celebrate Shakespeare's birthday and all things English, it is a tale of courtly damsels, heroic beaus and mythical creatures.

Few people know that it's also about one girl's quest to open a beauty salon in the wild wild woods. But will Princess Grimelda's "Queen of the hairdressers" ambition be cruelly thwarted by a despotic wrestler? Ahem...

A boisterous and zany revival of the classic tale, which includes original music and accompaniment especially provided by critically renowned English songwriter Emmett 'E' Elvin. Crazy, cool and lyrical.
