Word Order at the Stanislavsky Electrotheatre is the theatre’s bookshop, a branch of the independent St. Petersburg intellectual Word Order store of literature (opened January 15, 2010). The project includes a cinema club, literary evenings, lectures and seminars, presentations of books with the participation of authors, and much more. The main priority in the store's variegated policy is non-fiction literature. Its focus is on books about cinema and theatre, memoirs, journalism, philology, philosophy, and sociology. Separate shelves are dedicated to poetry and children's books.

Word Order is the official partner of such publishers as Ad Marginem, AIK, Amphora, Gilea, Ivan Limbakh Publishers, European University Publishers, the publishing arm of the Russian Christian Humanitarian Academy, the publishing arm of the Russian Institute of Art History, New Publishers, New Literary Review, Free Marxist publishers, Seance, Eisenstein Center and many others.

The bookshop regularly hosts events in the foyer of the Stanislavsky Electrotheatre, including meetings with writers, book presentations, lectures, and poetry evenings.
