The Noor’s chief barman Marat Saddarov, along with his team of Moscow's best barmen, mix the best classic drinks - Old Fashioned, Bloody Mary and, of course, Pomegranate Tiny, which, according to the regulars, is better here than anywhere else you can find it.

The bar’s music program is overseen by Andrei Oid. From Thursday to Saturday, Moscow’s and the world’s best DJs play in the bar. Noor | Electro is also an exhibition space and a venue for various events.
