Masha Kirdan received her education as a producer at the BBDO Academy of Communications Wordshop. In 2015-2016, she trained at ICA Moscow.

She has worked as a PR-manager at the Electromechanics International multimedia festival (2012), the Sergei Kuryokhin Prizes in contemporary art (2013), Plums Fest International Digital Art Festival at the Museum of Moscow (2014), and other organizations. She was PR Director of the Territory Foundation for Supporting Contemporary Art in 2018.

She coordinates projects in the field of contemporary art and documentary films. She has collaborated with such artists as Irina Korina (2017), Alexander Povzner (2017-2019), and director Yevgeny Mitta (2017-2021). In 2021-2022, she worked on Anton Vidokle's Citizens of Cosmos project at the Tretyakov Gallery.

Since 2013, she has been an employee of the department of external communications and development services at the Stanislavsky Electrotheatre. She has been its co-director since 2021.
