Fyodor Borisenko graduated from the St. Petersburg Institute of Culture and Arts (Nikolai Sorokin Studio) in 2007, prior to which he matriclated in many institutes, including the Moscow Art Theatre School (Roman Kozak-Dmitry Brusnikin studio), St. Petersburg Academy of Theatre Arts (Andrei Andreev studio), and the St. Petersburg State Institute of Culture and Arts branch at the Maxim Gorky Academic Drama Theatre in Rostov. Borisenko worked for several seasons at this theatre. In 2011 he joined the troupe of the Ostrovsky Moscow Regional Theater, and at the beginning of the 2012-13 season he joined the company of the Stanislavsky Drama Theater.
