Darya Zvezdina

Composer

Darya Zvezdina studied at the Ural State Conservatory from 2011 to 2013. In 2013 she entered the Moscow State Conservatory to study under Yury Kasparov. Since 2016 she has studied with Alexey Sioumak. She is a laureate of numerous All-Russian competitions in composing. She was a student in the Fourth International Academy of Young Composers in the city of Tchaikovsky (professors Francesco Filidei and Philippe Leroux). She has also worked with Dmitri Kourliandski, Klaus Lang, Clemens Gadenstetter, and Beat Furrer at various times. She has participated in the works of Alexey Sysoev, Dmitri Kourliandski, Kirill Shirokov, Daniil Pilchen, Marina Poleukhina, Antoine Beuger, Pauline Oliveros, and others. She is a participant of the DeKa art group (with Kirill Shirokov and Daniil Pilchen), and a trio with Konstantin Sukhan and Peter Ototsky.
