Shchyurova graduated from the acting department of Yekaterinburg State Theatre Institute in 2002, and the production department of GITIS in 2015.
She worked as an actress in theatres in Yekaterinburg and Moscow, and has performed in film and TV.
She began administrative work in 2005 at the Arkady Raikin Satirikon Theatre, has worked as an administrator at the Barvikha Luxury Village Concert Hall, has headed the marketing and advertising department at the Ballet Moscow company, and was deputy art director for audience outreach at the Shalom Theatre.
In cinema she has worked at Acting Agency 24 and the Nika production center.
She has been a production manager at the Stanislavsky Electrotheatre since 2015.
