Olga Ivashova graduated from the Chisinau State Pedagogical University (in the philology department) in 1992. In 2013 she studied at the Institute for the Development of Supplementary Vocational Education in the Management of State and Municipal Orders program. In 2016 she defended her master's thesis in the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Service with a degree in Management in the Sphere of Science, Culture and Education.

She is experienced in designing and equipping public institutions with technology. Some of her projects include The Russian Song Theatre, The Fomenko Workshop Theatre, ET CETERA Theatre, The Theatre On Strastnoi, the Belgorod Drama Theater, and the Vishnevskaya Center for Opera Singing.

Since June 2014 he has worked at the Stanislavsky Electrotheatre.
