The premiere took place in 20 March 2021.

Play by Ivan Vyrypaev
Directed by Varvara Obidor
Costumes designed by Vadim Andreev
Music by Johann Sebastian Bach, Ludwig van Beethoven, Jean-Philippe Rameau
CAST:
Yelena – Alla Kazakova
Josef – Sergei Guzeev
Mark – Georgy Fetisov

Mark, Yelena and Josef constantly discuss important topics, always avoiding what is most important. Moreover, these three, attempting to deal with relationships and their loneliness, conduct their playful, elegant and at the same time dangerous conversations on behalf of some individuals named Donald, Sarah and Robert. Some of them try on the personalities of others in order to discover the essence of themselves, the essence of their experiences, and the truth of things. Gradually unwinding the ties that bind them to one another – adultery and the bombing of a peaceful city – the three characters in Ivan Vyrypaev's play approach catharsis. This becomes their final revelation, including the recognition that the cause of all their misunderstandings is the damned rain, pouring outside the window for the third straight day.

Ivan Vyrypaev, an international star of Russian drama, crystallizes a new emotionality in his texts, and at the same time discovers a new theatrical language.

The production based on Summer Wasps Bite Us Even in November was staged by the young director Varvara Obidor and opens the Stanislavsky Electrotheatre's Chamber Stage.
