The text of Marx's Das Kapital is emloyed here as musical material for improvisation. With the help of advanced vocal techniques, singer and composer Alexey Kokhanov processes aspects of the text that have meaning for us in our day. As such, Das Kapital acquires musical embodiment in Marxophonia - “a symphony of money” made consonant with the new order.
