A two-day practical seminal

Practical application of Stanislavsky’s effective analysis; acting techniques of Mikhail Chekhov; psychological techniques such as psychodrama. Physical practice to focus thoughts and relieve fatigue.
Classes are structured on physical workouts, as well as on theory and its application in practice with text.

The focus of this seminar is on analysis and interpretation; communicating thoughts; sincerity.

Physical exercises will last from 3 to 10 minutes (in each lesson) as a tool to prepare yourself for further analysis and interpretation.

Discussion of theory occupies 2 hours of the total time of each lesson.

Training is a tool to help you answer your questions, answers to questions that come to a public speaker before an appearance (or an actor before taking the stage):

How can I concentrate on what I want to say?
How can I be fully involved in my speech or role?
I do not want to go out in front of the audience right now, but I must.
I want to be heard. What exactly do I WANT TO SAY. How do I do it?
And other similar questions.

Exercises as tools that help to interpret a role, text, monologue, or speech.

Limited number of places.

You should bring a notepad and pen (because we will draw the outline of a role, text, monologue).

Dress code is comfortable and free. We recommend long pants, a shirt and a separate jacket with long sleeves, and socks instead of shoes.

Cost:
2,000 rubles for the full two-day seminar.
1,300 rubles for one day.

Groups meet at 6:40 at the box office.
